1) Is Congress allowed to remove amendments that disfranchise Americans based on race? 2) Why aren't the 15th and 19th Amendments added to the Bill of Rights? 3) Why are immigrants referred to as "aliens"? 4) If a convicted felon is released during the year of an election, will they be able to vote?
