    1) if an ambassador does commit crime in the country he is serving in, does the home country usually inflict larger punishment on the diplomate since the diplomate may have hurt the home countries reputation?
    2)can ambassadors serve for life?

    1)why did congress decide that after 9/11 it was necessary to create the DNI as a separate office instead of as a sub branch of the CIA?

    2) Why are ambassadors free from being arrested, taxed, or sued?

    17.2:
    1) If the secretary of defense elected by the president is not liked after the senate approves he/she, what steps are taken to get rid of or "impeach" the secretary of defense?
    2) After major terroristic attacks, do members of Homeland Security take heat for not catching them ahead of time?
