    1) If faced with a choice between being isolationist or interventionist, what side would you support? Explain.
    2) Why does the U.S. send ambassadors to locations that are high-risk areas?

    Section 2:
    1) If the use of our money by the CIA is kept confidential, why does that mean that we are also not allowed to know how much they spend?
    2) Why didn’t America have something like Homeland Security active before 9/11 for precaution?

    1. Why in the constitution do they emphasis defense so much more than any other governmental function?
