1. With all of the people that want to ban guns is it possible for the government to take away our right to bare arms? 2. Since we have the freedom of religion why is it when people run for office that we seem to focus on their religious beliefs? 3. Since the internet is relatively new do you think there will be laws that restrict what people can put on it even though we have the freedom of the press? 4. Is it really fair that the government allows protesting on private property?
1 Could the constitution have been included in the declaration of independence? If there are so many problems w the constitution, why don’t we completely rewrite it?
2 If we try to keep religion and state separated, why do office candidates often pronounce themselves Christians? Would it be better if they didn’t?
3 Can a person be convicted of civil disobedience by symbolic speech?
4 If protesters are from a known terrorist group but are protesting nonviolently, should they be allowed to protest a cause?
1. How would some citizens react to the government giving aliens all of the same rights as U.S citizens. 2. How would public schools be viewed if they only recognized christian beliefs. 3.What should be the consequences of sedition. 4.How differently would the country operate if the people didn't have the right to assemble and express their views.
1. If everyone had the right to freedom of speech, why is there such a thing as "slander" 2. Would private schools be able to take a field trip to a religious place/event? Why/why not? 3. Why is "seditious speech" not protected by the 1st amendment? 4. Why are petitions andassembly's against something not viewed as slander?

Sec 3 When are acts of dissent by conduct punished? Sec 4 If it is you own property, how do you not have the right to tell protesters to leave?
