What would happen if the commerce power was taken away from the federal government? Congress is not allowed to tax exports, could this be changed? If so how would it affect us? Why is it so much harder for congress to agree to have war so it can be a declared war? A patent is good up to 20 years, so after this time is up can someone else claim a certain good as their own?
